Alocasia
Alocasias are bold, architectural houseplants grown for their striking foliage and unmistakable presence. Often called "elephant ears," (not to be confused with Colocasia, which are also commonly called elephant ears) these plants are prized for their stunning foliage. While they have a reputation for being a bit particular, Alocasias are incredibly rewarding once you understand their preferences and seasonal growth cycles.
